Every day between tenants is money you're not making. I know what a turnover looks like — mattress in the middle of the living room, half-empty cleaning supplies under the sink, a fridge you can't tell was ever white. That's fine, I've seen it, and I can be in and out in a few hours.
I serve landlords across Burlington's Old North End, the Hill Section around UVM, Winooski, Colchester, South Burlington, Essex Junction, and Williston. Student turnover season (late May, late August) is my busiest — book early if you can.
